Creative Valley Utrecht CS opened its doors in March 2019. Creative Valley Utrecht CS is an Urban Hub, a melting pot in which working, living, shopping, meeting and relaxing merge together seamlessly, reflecting the new station area.

Heston Finance Group both supervised the purchase and arranged the investment financing for Creative Valley Utrecht CS. Creative Valley Utrecht CS offers 8,500 m²  of high-quality workspaces, serviced offices, the collective meeting concept and 2,000 m²  of public space. On the top floor, 14 apartments with 250 m²  of roof terrace have been constructed and the ground floor offers 3,000 m²  of retail space.
