Amres Groep, a real estate investor from Utrecht, has refinanced a large part of its real estate investment portfolio with Deutsche Bank.
The portfolio consists of approximately 36,000 m² of office space, 17,000 m² of commercial space, 5,500 m² of retail space and 4,200 m² of living space divided between 57 properties. 65% of the properties are located in the Randstad and the portfolio has a good occupancy rate. €40 million of refinancing enabled Amres to implement a dynamic investment policy, buying and selling in order to increase returns for its investors.
